Service on my vehicle was fine, but I was unfairly charged and after I brought it to the lady’s attention, it was not addressed. I was receiving a B-service, however, I receive free oil changes. So she subtracted 49.99 off the total amount (I watched her do this on the computer calculator) I would normally pay. After, I thought, that seemed a bit cheap for an oil change. So I asked another worker who told me they are 69.99. I then told this worker that I was then overcharged because enough was not deducted. She did not seem to understand the free oil change situation but went to talk to the lady I was originally dealing with. I was then brought back to her. She then went on to show me that she deducted it correctly. She took a number (was clearly not the original number) and then deducted 69.99 and it came out as a $3 difference from the original statement. I thought this was fishy but maybe I had made a mistake earlier. When it comes time to pay later in the day, she printed me the receipt *without* the deduction for the oil change which came to $464 with taxes and all. I was puzzled but then she realized she forgot to deduct the oil change on this statement and changed it. Then she came out with the new receipt which was $409 with the oil reduction. If the oil change was about $70, there should of been at least a $70 minimum difference between these two statements. I paid and went on my way but in hindsight I should have talked to someone higher up since this lady was not willing to admit fault earlier and fudged numbers with me. I have several repairs that need to be done, but there is no way that I will be going to Winnipeg Honda for them if this is what happens. Won’t be back for anything BUT an oil change.

I had my block heater and cord replaced. I experienced great, courteous service and even got a little discount on the work that was done. I’ve never had a bad experience at Honda, I always leave quite satisfied!

When I got into my vehicle after the service, I placed my hand on the steering wheel and noticed that there was dirt on it from where the technician had held it. As well as dust on the start button, the door sill and floor mat. I was wondering as why the tech didn't change his dirty gloves prior to getting into a customer's vehicle or put a disposable mat on the floor to minimize getting it dirty. Or maybe because I wasn't charged for shop supplies that he skimped out? But ultimately, he did get the AC blowing cold again and that's what matters.
