All went well, communication was clear, people are always friendly. Assisted with transportation back and forth which was greatly appreciated. Drivers were friendly, vehicles were so clean, all appreciated. Dealership continues to communicate what needs to be done and cost. Thank you

Warranty part was damaged- we were not informed by service dept. part is on back order

We are over 2 hours from the dealership. We were told our car was ready. Went to cashier and was told carvwas ready to go and they had done some electrical work. No one told us the part was defective and no work was done .A written report was left on the dash which was the only way we knew the part was not replaced. We tried for over an hour to reach the service dept to reschedule by phone. When that did not work we sent an email to set up a tentative appt to have the part which is on back ordereplaced. No phone call but an email scheduling the appt for the day we asked for but at 7:00 am which would mean we would have to be on the road at 5:30am. We consider this to be very impersonal and unsatisfactory service

Originally had an appointment for a minor issue and then had a "016" maintenance minder show up a few days ago so when I went in I asked if the more serious maintenance could be done and was assured it could so I was very pleased that it all could be done and was done promptly.

I will never purchase a vehicle from crown Honda again.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot Turing on December from them. Noticed passenger door was not aligned. Left a message with sales manager Dylan Fuzi and he did not return phone call. Contacted again no return phone call. Couple of months later my GPS went on my brand new vehicle not impressed. I was told software needed to be updated. Some to Jeremy team manager regarding alignment he informed us he will schedule an appointment with Autobody department and gave us a date. On the day of the appointment I contacted auto body to let them know I was bringing in the vehicle, they informed me that I did not have an appointment scheduled. My understanding is that Jeremy forgot to schedule the appointment. Contacted Jeremy and left a message and again no return call. Last week I found out my air conditioner was not working when I turned it on for the first time on my brand new Honda. I was told by one of the sales guys nonchalantly that it is common occurrence in a Honda Pilot and Passport. I am incredibly frustrated with their customer service . No accountability or transparency with the salesmen. I am very disappointed with Crown Honda.

They got me in at a busy time without an appt and were pleasant and helpful.

When my Honda HRV wouldn't start after I had been away for two weeks, I was very frustrated with its lousy battery and this problem of not starting when it has sat for a time. My husband charged the battery enough For me to get into the dealership, with every icon lit up on the dash as I drove, also nerve wracking. It was a busy Saturday morning and they graciously let me leave the car without an appointment, arranged a shuttle ride for me home and back, checked a few things and seemed to think it was okay. I didn't mind paying the $60.00+ charge for all that service. I am not always happy with my Honda but am generally happy with the staff at my dealership.

Satisfactory

Summer tire installation. Oil condition check. Rear deck rattle check. Rear deck rattle not heard by tech. When I picked up the car I could hear rattle. I had the tech come check the car when I picked it up. Noise was heard by tech and will be taken care of on my next service.
