Sunshade was defective from day one . I should have never accepted the delivery of the SUV. After the 4 sunshade replacement, it was finally corrected.

This was my first maintenance service for a new CRV. It was relatively easy to book the appointment and schedule the shuttle service. I appreciate the shuttle so much.

Had a winter tire swap, storage, warranty and oil change all completed in one day exactly when expected. Service was prompt and courteous and informative of needs now and in the coming months. Very happy with my overall experience!

Second airbag recall service and summer tire switch. Took about 2 hours. Satisfactory experience. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21. That enough?

Made an appointment for installing accessories in my new civic, everything else went smooth but the only thing was they didn't washed my car.Every dealership gives you a complimentary car wash whenever you bring in your vehicle.

Second oil and filter change with tire rotation and total inspection. Had one extra service done (differential fluid) and will have alignment done at next service. Didn't have to wait very long at all! Almost finished before the shuttle was to leave so I waited. I did miss the free car wash at the Toyota dealer next door that I had with my first service.

We came in wanting to surrender our current lease on a 2017 Odyssey and maybe have it replaced by a new civic. We were paying what we felt was too high of a rate (approx. CAD700/mo) on the Odyssey. When we finally decided on a car replacement (civic), we were told there was some $7000 that had to be carried over from the existing lease (something to do with warranties). The odd part was no one could give us documentation about the supposed warranty that we signed off on when we first leased the Odyssey (which also had it's own issues). We always feel wary and wonder why it feels like people in car dealerships have something to hide. The lack of transparency is very concerning.
