I really wish you would offer complimentary car wash service with your oil change. I’m considering changing to a dealership that does ie/ Hyundai or Acura

Was told the rattle I was getting at the front of vehicle was one thing ( told sales guy I don’t mind paying if it’s the problem but I don’t want to pay if it’s not the problem ) turns out rattle is still there . I paid for something that obviously was not the problem .. left a message to let sales guy know and I still haven’t heard back
