The service was very quick, professional and all questions answered. Staff took the time to help me out with reprogramming my car after battery was dead.

Waited around 2 hours for an oil change, we were second in line for the quick service (which is first come first serve). Nice waiting room with Wifi, coffee and popcorn. No complaints otherwise.

Work was done quickly and car was ready for pick up for the time requested. Only negative was we wished we had received a voucher for a free car wash!

new tires installed on wrong rims , new tires not deliverd on time, summer tires, to be replaced on summer rims were not delivered from storage. Experience took from 13;30 to 18;30, as opposed to your prediction of 1.5 hours.

Bought a leaseback Accord from Winnipeg Honda with only 50kms. Next day after getting car home, I find that the passenger mirror with camera (expensive fix), is broke off and was pushed back down into place, so you couldn’t tell. Honda’s detailer/waxer would have to have known this, its an old break as shown in photo’s. What customer pulls up on mirrors when inspecting a car for purchase? Pier” the sales manager wont return calls or reply to emails. Am I wrong to buy an almost new car and expect it without broken mirrors? It’s a safety issue besides. There should be NO damage. I flew in from out of province to give them my business and purchase a car from them. Am I the bad guy? Why won't Honda even acknowledge?
