04 Accord Ex Sedan - ultra low kms ( just rolled 100,000 kms less that 7k per year ) well maintained car. Booked service on 2nd recall for Takata air bag issue. When I dropped car off I also asked advisor about issues with false alarms happening with my factory alarm. Asked if it could be disabled since it is causing unrest with the neighbors. Advisor replied : I'm not sure maybe check with a mechanic. Did not offer service session to diagnose - did not consult service manager. Kinda miffed - I decided right there that this is my first and last service department visit. All my repairs and maintenance are Retail - Out of Pocket. No courtesy wash - kinda not expecting one since I am a low revenue recall customer... but this would have gone a long way towards trying to earn a new retail service customer. Anyway - I went in with low expectations and got exactly what I expected. High likelyhood I will choose another Honda dealer in future.

My husband and I were looking for a used car - after a disappointing experience at the ford dealership down the street we stopped at Winnipeg Honda. Dustin came out after a couple minutes to see if we needed anything. We were a little reluctant at first since we were not planning on purchasing a car that day. Dustin offered to pull a complete listing of all the 2016 CR-V’s for us so we could go over them at home and come back when we were ready to look more into detail-zero pressure! After about 5 minutes Dustin had us fully engaged in the buying process. He was relatable, passionate and super knowledgeable, also NEVER pushy. I had initially said I was never buying a new vehicle again. Dustin took the time to explain leasing to us and break down payments and options, buying vs leasing. He definitely brought value to the buying process for us. In the end we decided to lease a new 2019 Honda CR-V. The whole experience was world class. My husband wasn’t even upset that he missed the beginning of the hockey game. When I picked up my car Dustin took his time going over the features and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The only small negative for me was that the CR-V I got was not in mint condition. The plastic panel covering the speedometer was scratched during detailing, and the turbo sticker on the back window was coming off which seemed a little strange considering the vehicle had about 100km on it. When I pointed them out Dustin immediatly said he was ordering me a new plastic piece and offered to have the detailing team take the back deco off for me (which I declined, I did it at home myself). Overall Dustin made the whole experience comfortable, exciting, and super easy. I’ve already told friends and family to go see Dustin next time they are shopping for a new vehicle. Jenn and Justin
