Broken mirror right off lot

Bought a leaseback Accord from Winnipeg Honda with only 50kms. Next day after getting car home, I find that the passenger mirror with camera (expensive fix), is broke off and was pushed back down into place, so you couldn’t tell. Honda’s detailer/waxer would have to have known this, its an old break as shown in photo’s. What customer pulls up on mirrors when inspecting a car for purchase? Pier” the sales manager wont return calls or reply to emails. Am I wrong to buy an almost new car and expect it without broken mirrors? It’s a safety issue besides. There should be NO damage. I flew in from out of province to give them my business and purchase a car from them. Am I the bad

QUick service, affordable, excellent shuttle driver.

Friendly counter and service staff. Oil change was cheaper than expected. Shuttle service was fast and friendly. Would come again.

Recently, I brought our Honda Civic and Honda Pilot for springtime servicing. On both occasions, my Service Advisor very clearly explained what needed doing. Both vehicles were ready to go at the promised time.

I was ripped off. Stated service that was done should have 1. been covered by warranty 2. I have doubts that the service was done as I was not given any old parts as requested.

Everyone that I dealt with at Honda was amazing. Timely, respectful, honest, and knowledgeable. From the moment I met with Lucky, I felt I could trust him and his team. He found something perfect for me in my budget. His team answered every single question I had with complete transparency.
