A year ago, l bought my car in this location and l am grateful how fast and efficient the service rendered to me by one of their agent, never l thought l will be disappointed when it comes to their service department. A week ago, l dropped my car at the dealership for a maintenance service, l was assisited by advisor Devon and got told that l have to leave my car for the whole day, I told him l have work later that afternoon so he end up booking me again on the next weekday. He specifically told me that he needs me to leave my car for the whole day which l agreed. (I booked off in my job today just to be in the dealership this morning.) Long story short, l brought my car before 0730, few minutes before my appointment time. Then he started telling me that l need leave my car in the dealership today and come back tomorrow..2 days just for a maintenance service and an oil change(which is my complimentary for 2 years and never ever used it). I was of course upset as l felt my appointment has never been honored. I questioned him, why l need to leave my car for 2 days and he said there are 40 more work orders ahead of me, then what about me.? What about my work, my other errands? l followed what l've been told.! Bring the car to the dealership and leave there for a day. Then when we asked if there is a service car for us to use he told us that all the service car are not available that very moment. I've never been upset that much in a dealership, l never felt l was valued. Every month l got a diagnostic report in my chevrolet car indicating that my car has no problem, only this February l got notified that l have to go there for an oil change and since it is complementary on my part l decided to go there and avail the maintenance service which never happened anyways. l will never come to this dealership anymore. l thought since l got my car from them, l will be valued as loyal customer and treated with respect. I thought the sales and service department are the same, looking for the welfare of their customers, well l just got told that they are different. This location is POORLY recommended when it comes to service. Go somewhere else, there's a lot of customer centered dealership out there.

Highly recommend SMP! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to get things diagnosed and fixed asap. Devin was so wonderful to work with. I really appreciate his help and how fast he got me in. Finally feel relief that the issue I had multiple diagnoses on has been resolved. Shuttle drivers were great....especially Don. Will be coming back for any major work in the future. I know I can trust them. Thank you SMP.

The service woman was helpful on repair times and getting my truck in right away. The Tech got my truck repaired on time. Dan my shuttle drive was a great help getting me home and picked up aswell. Very friendly to shuttle with.

Had an issue with our vehicle and needed work done on it quickly. I had booked an appointment with another place, but after conversations with a friend, I was recommended to go straight to SMP. I called on Friday, and Alia Kolkind got me booked in for the earliest slot on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). What had caused me much concern was dealt with in hours, as the shop had all the parts necessary. Moreover, it was a manufacturer problem, so the cost was completely covered. This was a major blessing and I am grateful to have had SMP recommended to me. The complimentary shuttle service was also a HUGE deal, as they were able to drop me off where I needed to be, and picked me up from wherever I was once the vehicle was ready. I am very grateful for the service that SMP provided me, and I will continue to recommend people go there. I am specifically grateful to Alia Kolkind, as she made everything as efficient as possible and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I am extremely pleased with the level of service here.

Who’s a good tire technician in the city that I can go to? I bought new $4000 winter tires from SMP Chev (where the Camaro was purchased from) and I didn’t drive the car up until a week ago. My rear drivers tire wasn’t holding air. I took the car to SMP and they said it was a slipped bead. They fixed it and gave me my car back. I’m back home now and it’s still not holding air.
