Bank Street Kia took superb care of me & my car. Not my original Dealership, but when I took my car there, they treated me & my car like I bought it from them. They took time out of their busy Service Schedule to squeeze me in when I didn't have an appointment. Took care of my car, explained all the work, recommended what my car truly needed & what could wait, & had me taken care of & done before the time they quoted. Great Service, great Staff & will definitely recommend them to others.

Ziad is amazing at customer service and very experienced in how to help customer what they want. Sunny was my financial advisor and helped me to get the best price possible. Amazing service !! Really such a great team! I just bought my car there and it went very smoothly! Younès and Ziad were such good people. They helped me pick the right car and got everything I needed for my first time car ! If you ever need anything, they are always there for your needs! Recommend Ziad and Younès 10/10!!! Also, the lovely receptionist was very welcoming and very sweet! Bank Kia is where to go !!
