Amazing purchase experience at Collingwood Toyota, my product advisor (expert) was Ted Rush. I spoke with him over the phone in hopes of sourcing a 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road, as I could not find any locally in the GTA. He was able to dealer trade for one in no time. When I made the trip up to the dealership, I was very impressed by the Covid policy and procedures. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I did not feel any pressure, Ted was very helpful in the breakdown of costs, different options etc. Ted also introduced me to the service management team Heidi and Dean, both very pleasant and would not hesitate to have this dealership service my vehicle. From being greeted by reception to delivery, the whole process has been great. I was given a VERY in depth walkaround of the vehicle and explained how to use the many features of the Tacoma. Thanks Ted and the Collingwood Toyota team 👍

I just did. This is redundant. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I don't like these surveys. They ask repetitive questions. Collingwood Toyota is a fine dealership.
