I went there to look at a Cr-V and had my worst experience ever. Horrible staff and terrible customer service. I was literally told to either take the price or leave. I told them that I will think about it. When I was about to leave then I was asked what my purpose was for coming there! Why does anyone visit a car dealership? It is obviously to take a look at the car and the price. Very disrespectful behaviour from the staff and awful customer service. Their sales team need to learn how to treat the customers properly and respectfully.

Kush was on the dealer chat and called us within a minute. A bit later we were approved for a lease on a new CR-V. We met in person later that day and made a great deal on the car. A day later we picked up the car with excellent service from the dealer team. I highly recommend Kush for service, communication, and information about the lease options and car options. If you want hassle-free deal, Kush is the person to call. 5 Stars!

We had a such a great experience with Charlie Smith at your Waverley location. He is such low key, low pressure guy who knows his stuff and really listened to what we were looking for and the needs we had; we really appreciated that!

I had a service appointment yesterday and was VERY impressed with Krista M who took great care of me during my appointment. I have a broken ankle and she brought my car back into the garage after my service appointment so that I wouldn’t have to walk outside in the snow/ ice. Such a nice gesture and much appreciated.
