The after-sales service experience was disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups, both the Sales Representative (Farrah) and the Sales Manager (Gavin) failed to respond to my inquiries. Additionally, when I visited to address an issue with the resonating driver-side window glass, the Auto Service Representative (Amber) incorrectly documented the problem as a resonating driver-side "mirror." As a result, the technicians checked the mirror instead of the window glass, leading to a wasted half-day. I strongly recommend reviewing the reports created by auto service representatives carefully before proceeding with any service.
