No follow up and no communication from Rick S. if not interested in selling a vehicle should have sent another person my way. I waited and followed up several times and heard crickets. So I Went 4 hours north and bought the vehicle I wanted due to zero communication or customer service at Wheaton unfortunately. Happy with the new truck though from elsewhere.

I don't leave reviews often and held off on writing this but it's been over a year and this interaction is one i just cant get over. I booked an online 99$ inspection and specifically wrote in the comments to look at a noise I thought may be a front wheel bearing. They called me saying my truck was done and I asked about the noise and he told me that they didnt see that comment and will take it for a drive and look at it. When I went to pick up my truck they told me that it was something like 150$ for oil change and inspection, I told him I never booked an oil change and he proceeded to tell me that he gave me a deal and basically I should be happy. He then tells me that the noise is my front wheel bearing and it's going to cost 800$. I said ok I don't want you to change it and that I just want my truck back. He follows with telling me that I have to pay extra for them taking it for a drive since I'm not getting them to do the work to truck. So they charged me for something I didnt ask for and then wanted to charge me extra for looking at the one thing I asked them to look at. I went online. Ordered a wheel bearing. Replaced it for 125$ and 2 hrs work in my garage. The wheel bearing was completely fine and was not the problem. So not only did this place over charge me for looking at my truck and charge me for stuff I didn't need, they also totally lied to me about the wheel bearing. Unless your vehicle is under warranty take it to someone you can trust. I can only imagine how many people are being charged for things they don't need replaced.

They found the leaky seal that needed to be replaced before it gave a real problem.

Darren Bast in service hands down they are lucky to have him! He is the reason I continue to come to Wheatons for service as he eliminates stress, takes good care of us , and I can trust what he says! The service department is lucky to have him! We have bought two vehicles here and Rob Postma hands down best car salesman you will find! He always takes amazing care of his customers! Those two are some of the best customer service I’ve received.
