I had sent an email inquiring about potentially upgrading my aging vehicle. Cristian called me the next day and asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was and whether I was hoping to trade my vehicle away. He worked with my schedule to get me a test drive and stayed late (about 2 hours after close) to ensure I was able to drive away with the equinox I had ended up purchasing the same day! Shout out to Patrick for being super thorough and helping the payments stick within the budget I had quoted Cristian. Absolutely happy with the vehicle and the process. I went from emailing on a Wednesday night to driving a newer vehicle the next day. Cristian even sent a follow up message a few days later to see how things were going. Satisfied with the service and purchase

I have had great experiences with wheaton up to this point but when you call to book an oil change a confirm when you book you have a free one, when you get there the service advisors are miserable & very unpleasant and rude saying oh your oil change expired if you don't let us change it your warranty is void. What a waste of time & terrible service will start buying my vehicles else where & sending clients and freinds else where aswell as I have reffered friends to you before who bought vehicles but never again ....
