Marilyn is the reason I've stayed with Honda for so many years. Excellent customer service to give me a loaner car for the weekend while mine was being repaired - no questions asked.

Ordered tires at desk in building said would be in in 1 week called day before appointment to say tires are not in till next week day before second appointment got call saying ordered wrong tires and wanted me to pay 30 extra a tire I ordered tires through honda as I bought honda car going accròss country and had to go elsewhere for tires due to personal not knowing their job

Great service in a timely manner, got my tires changed over with tpms installed in my winter set. Shuttle service dropped me off and pick me up right on time.

I did not receive the care and peace of mind i once associated with the Honda brand. I felt victim to shady business practices when the manager tried to charge me for brakes that are covered by their warranty that was just purchased by myself less then a year ago. It was only till I had inquired, then the charge was removed. Also due to my brakes being worn he suggested the rotors be replaced before attempting to remove the rusted area as it might be under the requirement to be considered safe after they get machined. I had to tell them to "attempt" to remove the thin layer, after which WAS in fact still good for use. I bought a Honda because i trusted the name, unfortunately I am severely underwhelmed by my experience with this dealership thus far.
