unknown problem with the brakes

I am disappointed that I could not get an appointment sooner - we were very concerned about the noise and damage but had to wait several days. this is the 2nd time we could not get in quickly when we had an emergency. it would be nice if some time was left free every day for regular customers who have emergencies.
