We've had 4 vehicles through Palladino Honda (so far) and we do ALL service and maintenance with them. We ALWAYS experience excellent customer and sales service!

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The work was completed before the estimated time. The loaner vehicle was immaculate. As usual the the service desk people went out of their way to make the visit enjoyable.

Unknowledgeable front staff service

Your front staff and phone service is unknowledgeable and somewhat ignorant for lack of better words. They have zero knowledge with regards to the warranty or vehicle info when they call a client. They should not be making calls and trying to answer questions when they are clueless. I.e If a salesman sold you something why would the janitor explain the problems!

I brought my Ridgeline in with a low tire pressure indicator. The problem was fixed ahead of time and will stay fixed.
