Bought a 2018 civic touring from palladino. If it's your first time buying a new car jeff brouse is your man. Any issues, questions or hiccups jeff will take care of them in a timely manner. Will definitely be buying another car from jeff in the future.

Never thought I'd purchase a vehicle from Honda again, as I had a very bad experience at another location out of town. But Palladino Honda brought my trust back. I traded in my vehicle today for exactly what I've wanted for a while now. I dealt with Josh L. Fantastic salesman, professional and very good at keeping in touch. We bought the warranty as well, I could never go without it. Highly recommend for peice of mind and convenience. Stephanie was great with the paperwork side of things - great upbeat attitude and pleasant to deal with. The trade in part was an easy transition and very convenient. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!

Ellis was fantastic! Very kind and patient, laughs at my awful jokes and shared in my excitement. Jay the finance man, equally as excited and worked with me and my crazy schedule! Only downfall is getting into the parking lot can be stressful with minimal parking however afterwards is fine.
