Have good coffee when waiting for repair. Customers service is pretty good and comfortable.will come to Honda in the future.

Waited for parts for 5 months. If it would have been done correctly it would have been a week and a half. Miss communication in between service advisor and parts manager.

I was dealt with in a timely, courteous manner. My concerns with my car were dealt with and addressed verbally and in writing which was much appreciated as I am a senior.

Your shuttle service forgot about me. I waited for about 20 minutes. I got to the dealership and the service clerk was too busy. I had to rush to my personal trainer and was 30 minutes late. Please note that the parking lot of the dealership makes it impossible to park. Too many cars......

My tires were lost in storage but after two and a half hours the job was complete fortunately I didn't have anything else to do but sit in the dealership
