Winter tire installation and other service

This was my annual winter tire installation appointment, which was combined with my vehicles regularly scheduled mainenance. I was pleasantly greeted at the service bar, my service was explained, I was offered transportation, if required, and I was on my way. During the service, it was noticed that other work should be done and I was contacted for approval (or not). When the work was completed, I was notified and picked up my vehicle. As usual, the work was efficiently and expertly done and it was clearly reviewed with me by a knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous service representative. My continued experience is that service is truly number one at Palladino Honda. Kudos to Taylor, Kara and all the other front-line staff who put a face to the dealership.

THE STAFF AT PALLADINO ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND DO THEIR JOB VERY WELL WHICH MAKES IT EASIER ON THE CUSTOMER.BUT THE PARKING LOT IS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS SOME OVER HAULING IN THE HIGHEST OF NEEDS ,VERY FRUSTATING

Unimpressed; frustrated

Taylor was great. I waited outside my office for 45 minutes because the pickup went to the wrong location (there was an issue with the address on the board...somebody accidentally erased part of it; not the driver's fault). More importantly, the work done on my car was incomplete (e.g., the technician forgot to reset my oil health) and my car has been making noises and showing new warnings since I left the garage. Not happy about that.

Car went in for maintenance service, flushed brake lines (its been 3 years). Called to let me know there was a delay and that it wouldn’t be finished by my pickup time. Taylor was very friendly

Stop wasting my time

Actually, I loved my experience but this mobials service is awful. I have just received over 12 emails in the past 8 minutes asking me to review my experience. Needless to say I have unsubscribed and I will definitely suggest to the my Honda dealer that this service no longer be used. Have a good day.
