My repair was suppose to take 1 day and ended up taking nearly a week. They offered me a loaner car and when I said it needed to a CR-V or bigger it seemed to be a problem yet they made it happen. They failed to notify the owner of the car when the oil pump needed to be replaced, instead they called my husband who's name is nowhere on the account. They also only communicated with him when my car was ready to be picked up which I found extremely disrespectful.

polite staff was greeted on arrival, on time with appointment and pleasant to deal with. The work was well done and met expectations.

I called to get a quote. When I paid, I did not have the quote in hand. I was overcharged by $270. I went back to talk to the Service Manager, and they honored the quote and refunded my credit card.

The service was good but to expensive they install my tire and charge for rotating the tire , those are only four month old and they are winter tire you didn't have to take them out to rotate next time I will go to my mechanic in Azilda . I paid big buck for the extendable warranty it should be covered by the warranty
