Service department promptly let me know of issues with front end issues while switching in winter tires and was good on providing me with the defective parts for inspection.

The waiting time for completion of work is too long. My car was parked in the lot for 45 min before it actually got into the shop. It took another 45 min to complete the work in the shop. It shouldn't take 1.5 h to rotate summer/winter wheels. I suspect that they overbook in the service department.
