I've always had a good experience at OMS. The service staff are knowledgeable, respectful and go out of their way to be helpful. I especially like the pickup/dropoff service and that they wash the car each time it goes into the shop.

I am very happy with the service I have been getting at OMS. Although at times it is difficult to solve the the problem the first time because I always have the strangest problems with my vehicle but eventually it does get resolved. I find most of the times OMS goes out of their way to get things done and done properly without any questions. That's customer service keep it up OMS it is greatly appreciated. Good customer service is very hard to find now a days. Thank you to everyone at OMS

Steve is always a great help when I come in, he's polite and punctual and make sure my car goes in on time. I always come to oms for everything to do with my vehicle, it's no hassle, fair pricing and no headaches!!

BAD SERVICE

YOU HAD BOOKED ME IN FOR A 12;00 ..NOON APOINTMENT. VAN WAS DROPPOED OF AT TEN TO 12. PHONED AT 2PM VAN HAD NOT EVEN WENT IN YET. YOU HAD OVER BOOKED...AND THAT IS WRONG!!! .IF I DID NOT COME DOWN TO TELL YOU I WAS TAKING MY VAN IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE. TOOK 30 MAX???? JUST BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WORKED SATURDAY BEFORE AND GET FRIDAY OFF YOU SHOULD NOT BE OVER BOOKING.

Putting wrong fuel in my car.

John was very helpful and kept the keys to my car in his desk to make sure no one moved it which would have been disastrous if they had. He has always been extremely helpful when I have gone in to get my car serviced.
