My last two dealings with the service department at Oxford Dodge have been awful. The first time, I had brought my 2016 Ram Ecodiesel in for service I was greeted with a $600+ bill and nothing to show for it. To top it off, no one was even available to explain the bill or justify the costs to me. This past week, I again brought in my truck due to what we thought was an electrical issue that should be covered by warranty (I purchased the Gold extended warranty). First off, I stood at the service desk almost 5min before anyone even acknowledged me (despite lots of staff walking by). Then, I had to pay for my own rental vehicle (my family has been buying Chrysler products for years from other dealers and have never had this experience). I received a call later in the day to find out the repairs were not covered by warranty and would cost $500. I spoke to the service rep at a different Chrysler dealership as well as my husband and father who all thought this seemed unreasonable for the service that needed done. I ended up with a lesser bill than initially however after speaking to Mopar techs and service reps that service Ecodiesels at other Chrysler dealers, I found out that I was taken advantage of and grossly overcharged for services that would have been put through warranty if I had gone elsewhere. For example, I was charged 2 hours of labour for something a Mopar tech says takes 1hour max (and even that’s rare). I returned to pick up my truck with my father present and again was treated as I didn’t exist. Even though I was the vehicle owner, the reps acknowledged my father first (who’s was standing behind me) and spoke to him as If I wasn’t there..they gladly took my money though. My experiences leave me feeling that the service department is disrespectful and takes advantage of women (even pregnant women like my self) by over charging them and treating them differently. Yes, the new service dept at Oxford Dodge is state-of-the-art, but know it comes with a cost... overcharging customers!

Last Service I had there , they put things in and sold you stupid things like cabin filters when only 17000 kms on vehicle . They have gone down hill really fast buyer beware . Do not trust them they only want your money rest is bullshit . They had vehicle all day for simple piece of mind check up . Tire rotation needed grease brakes needed . Large bill for 18 month old vehicles not needed easy to grease brakes when wheels are off . they charge $200.00 plus . Bill was like $360.00 plus for an Oil change and top the fluids . Dam Joke .Rest was shit I did not need . Oxford Dodge Sucks ! Sorry to see I use to like them this is my second new vehicle there ! I guess they want customer to pay for new place . :(

I paid $3355 for the Gold extended warranty on my 2016 Ram. Now service department calls me to tell my truck has 2 recalls. I called to book an appointment to have recalls taken care of and ask if they will provide a loaner car since I live almost an hour away from the dealership. Although my extended warranty covers a loaner vehicle, they tell me that the factory will not cover the cost of providing me with a loaner vehicle for factory recalls. So, buy a brand new truck, pay a lot for the extended warranty, and NOT receive what I was told I would get. I won’t be back Oxford Dodge. Thanks for nothing!!!

Lori Dale is always excellent to work with. Unfortunately, the website that is needed to update my radio is chronically not functioning so this is my second attempt to get the radio repaired.

Todd was great again have bought a couple other vehicles from him ( genuine nice guy) in getting us into our 2018 pacifica hybrid also Andrea went up and beyond in helping out with financing and getting the warranties have had the van one month best van i have had yet other than got a screw in the tire and the folks in service took care of it in a professional way no real hassles. Will defiantly recommend oxford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

Maintenance light had come on and they investigated and found the issue and resolved it. Always a problem with my radio not receiving properly. Ordered a part and was dealt with within a week. . Very pleased with the overall experience. A definite ten out of ten in my opinion
