this was my first brand new van. never bought new. sale man lie to us and you guys have still not called me back. i ve called a number of time and got the answer machine and no calls back. i was back the last year to buy a truck for my son. not a sale man around to help my son and me. so we left and my son bought a truck somewhere else. my wife even bought a new suv. for the price she wanted and the sales lady even gave her free items on the suv and $250 gas card free. yes i am piss off at you and cant believe that you guy rip me off and dont give 2 shits about it or even try to make thing right. i work in sales and im the nice person you could meet but i wont take crap from people. i love my dodge and always buy one but never again from you guys. show some respect to your customers.

Great sales department! Terrible Service department. Unfortunate, because 3 brand new vehicles have been purchased from this dealership in the last 5 years and today they have turned loyal customers off from returning.

Brad Elliott was a great sales person to deal with. He is personalble, listens to your wants, and he asks good questions to ensure you understand the vehicle and the Oxford sales process. I valued that he respected my time and was very well organized in getting the sale completed. I can recommend his service to anyone.

Had an appointment booked for 11 am on Saturday and left dealership at 3 pm window not fixed, parts on order and will need to return again. Walk ins were taken ahead of people with booked appointments. There were other upset customers who had appointments booked earlier than our appointment and they were still there when we left. An oil change and a look at a window should not take 4 hours.

When I called to make the appointment a month ago I told the call taker that I was going to use the MOPAR coupon for the Beam windshield wipers and free windshield spray. About 2 hours after I dropped my car off I received a message that those wipers weren't in stock and were rare. Ridiculous since I had mentioned the coupon. Then I was told that they didn't have time to remove my winter tires during my appointment and that I'd need to come back another...Luckily they found the time to do the tires, used different wipers and threw in one jug of wiper fluid. In addition, the delay for the service caused me to be late for work. Not really impressed for my first service appointment at the new location.

I took my grand caravan for a regular maintenance service (oil change, filters, etc) and that was the first time I went to the new Oxford Dodge facility. It was a scheduled service and here are the problems I faced: - First person to talk to me after the roll up door has no ideia about services provided/scheduled. Took longer than the usual to get me in the system. - Costumer Service inside de building: I was the only costumer at that time and there were 2 representatives behind the computer. Both on the phone and took me 15 minutes until one of them was available. Again, nodoby was there. Another representative should be responsible for phone calls ans front desk available for customer in store. - Shuttle service offered but driver never showed up (waited for almost 1 hour). Called a friend to give me a ride. - Usually to get the same service done on tje old store would take 2 hours. This time took them more than 4 hours to complete the service. - When I went back to pick up my car tje same situation happened. This time only 2 employees available, the store wss completely empty and took them 10 minutes to talk to me. I've never hsd problems before. People in the old store were friendly and they new what they were doing. Service was faster and more efficient. Feel like the building itself is now the focus and customers were left behind being just "one more thing" in the process. I am not planning to come back for my next maintenance service and will use my wife's body shop which is s family business, small shop but, super efficient and they call us by our name. They know who we are and they are customer focused (Fountain Tire on the corner of Adelaide and Fanshawe). Lots to learn for you from those folks.
