The entire process took almost a year with multiple pictures and visits to the old and new dealerships. It was finally resolved when I asked to speak to the service Manager who helped me out and resolved the issue in less then 2 weeks.

We brought our 2012 Journey in to replace the battery, odometer reading had 64331 KM registered. When we picked up the car after battery was replaced the odometer read 64920 KM. Why 589 KM difference? The battery is located under the front fender of drivers side. Only reason I did not replace the battery myself is I am restricted to 12 LBS weight per hand (medical restriction).

A couple weeks back I bought a used car from oxford dodge.The sales people were very polite and helpful .I had a small problem with the car and told them and they dealt and fixed the issue right away no running around. and I was from out of town the Windsor area so they could of just said oh well if they wanted too but they did not they dealt with the issue...i highly recommend them if you are in the market for a car or truck for there professional service and attitude ....thanks again

Bumper had rust on it. Was told that it would be replaced. Scheduled appointment and dropped it off. Picked it up 6 hours later and they told us is was not covered. Spoke with service manager and after a few days was told they would replace it. Dropped it off again. When we picked it up the bumper was not put on properly, nothing fastened. Had to take it back again for them to fix it. We were without our vehicle for many hours, three times and was very inconvenient. I understand the question of the bumper not being covered under warranty the first visit, (and do appreciate that the service manager was able to get it covered) but no one called us the first visit to inform it would not be replaced and found out when we showed up to pick it up. The second visit with the bumper not being put on properly was very sloppy workmanship and no apology was given.

The people were polite/friendly and the shop as usual did excellent work. This why I use the body shop when necessary & would recommend the body shop to others.

Had a heater problem, blew hot air when the air conditioner was on. Problem was taken care of quickly, expertly & under warranty! Fantastic!
