its taking ro long to hear back

I contacted my service advisor by text the day after getting the oil change. No response from her! I know it is important for you especially since you are inagurating a new building. The wash was terrible! The rear hatch support was replaced under warranty and the rear hatch was filthy on the outside! The mirrors were streaked and didn't look like they had been washed at all. I'm not sure if you just run it through a machine or hand wash the cars. When I bring my car in for service I expect a hand wash. I can run it through a machine any day! Next, I was given an inspection report attached to the invoice. When I was given the invoice no one bothered to go over this with me and because the invoice was for $0.00 I didn't even see it until after I got home. The inspection report indicated that the front and rear brake pads needed attention. When I got home I checked and there is more than 90% left on the pads. It noted that the chassis splash guard was broken and ripped from a speed bump, "road hazard". There is no marks or evidence of this anywhere under the car. Finally it said that the cabin air filter needed attention. Which I agree with but I have no idea what this costs because nothing was mentioned. Don't get me wrong, I think your service advisor did a great job communicating with me while the car was in the shop and the work was completed exactly as it should have been. You are missing opertunities if your service advisor isn't going over the work orders or the inspection sheets with the customer and it really surprised me that you would have done that! Also there has to be better quality control with the wash jobs. Sometimes it's not the first but the last impression that makes the difference.

I dropped my vehicle off for the d's so it could be looked at for issues with it starting. Making the appointment was easy as was check in at 745am. Unfortunately there must have been an issue that day with shuttle drivers. I waited a little more than an hour for a ride and was late to work. Ultimately at the end of the day no problem could be found by the mechanics or engineers with my vehicle however they did provide some tips or suggestions if it happens again. This time I'd rate a 3.5 . Although I do understand may be there is still some kinks to be worked out with moving the business recently.

I had electrical repairs and a back up camera installed. The service tech and advisor were very helpful and explained everything that was happening along the way. The texts from the advisor (Michelle Kolecki) were excellent. Overall, an excellent experience.

First oil Change/Lub for my 2017 Caravan

I arrived in late morning. I was greeted with no line up(!) and a smiling, willing service person. With minimum discussion I was directed to the lounge (nice facility) while my vehicle was taken elsewhere. In short order the service man was back to give me a full report. My vehicle had been washed too. Great first impression. Thanks

Very Disappointing First Experience!

February 23, 2018

Very poor communication! Took shuttle to Westmount Mall. Called for pickup information twice. I was left on hold for 20 minutes on call! Dealership continued to call the wrong telephone number. Love the new facility but was very frustrated with the experience. It is an hour drive for me to the dealership. What should have been a 1/2 day wait took 2 1/2 hours longer than necessary.
