We were initially very happy with the buying experience. Staff were helpful and friendly, making the process easy. Now that we are into the service phase of ownership, our opinion is not as high. Service department people are also good, however the warranty/service package we chose and paid for does not cover everything that was discussed. Sadly, my advice is record everything the sales group/business office promises as part of the options you are buying, otherwise you have no proof of the coverage you believe you paid for. Really pretty disappointing after what was a positive start to the relationship.

⭐️⭐️⭐️OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We went to trade in our car for a newer model at Hunt Club Hyundai, and we were pleasantly surprised as they exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was warm and welcoming with a big smile on her face. Big shout out to Moustapha our sales manager and Reggie our sales consultant who both went above and beyond to find us the perfect car to suit our needs. They were both knowledgeable, professional and kind. Thank you so much for a pleasant car shopping experience. I highly recommend Hyundai on Hunt Club for anyone looking for a vehicle with a luxurious look and feel at an affordable price!
