This is about work culture experience sharing my recent experience with the customer Call Center (CCC) department, in hopes that it may bring attention to areas that could improve the work environment for future employees. I was initially interviewed for a receptionist position but was hired instead as a Customer Call Center, despite having no prior call center experience. I accepted the role with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. However, from the very beginning, I felt a lack of support and guidance. I was not given proper training or feedback, and when I took a bit of time to adjust, there was no communication from my manager (Lubana) regarding any concerns or areas for improvement. Unfortunately, I was laid off on my 8th day without any prior discussion about my performance or mistakes. Throughout my short time there, the environment felt unwelcoming—team members were instructed not to talk to me and whispering most of the time, and no one engaged with me despite the "positive work environment" promised in the offer letter. I also felt there was partiality in how I was treated, which affected my mental well-being.

The dealership, and Laith the sales rep specifically, helped me take ownership of a used Hyundai Accent and provided great service. I'm quite pleased with the result.

This place is great!! They were friendly. I was helped as soon as i walked in. Didn’t waste my time and showed me all the options and went tor test driving. I got 2025 Tucson with the help of Rahul and the manager Moustapha and Navid. They were very helpful along the way of purchase and gave me all the information i need.
