I had made an appointment to bring my car in due to a cat converter recall notice received in my email. The admin staff were very polite, efficient and a pleasure to deal with when arranging a date for my repair. On the day of the appointment, I was again treated with courtesy and efficiency. They even arranged for my travel home and pickup later in the day. Even though they touched on the subject of regular servicing, which I declined, there was no pressure to pursue this, which I appreciated. Tim, the service advisor and the staff rate five stars in my book.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows his stuff, ask for Jonathan at the Chrysler dealership in Hunt Club. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out most was how well he listened—he was attentive to what I needed and never once made me feel pressured. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and it shows in the way he treats people. A truly great personality and an even better experience. Highly recommend working with him!
