I reached out via the texting option on their website to be provided a quote to get my rear brakes done on my car (I got my front brakes done there last year) The first response I got to the text asked me to call them. I explained I was at work and couldn’t call and I would rather have a written quote so I could call around and compare. No reply. Then the next day I received a text from Alex And again, I stressed that I just needed a written quote for my brakes so I could call around and compare. That was Saturday, its now Tuesday and still no reply. Not sure why it was so hard to provide a quote or even reply to a customers inquiry, But I’ll now be going elsewhere to get my brakes replaced.

This was my second time dealing with Empire Auto. I purchased a motorhome last fall and really had no idea how to maintain it. I brought it to Empire Auto to have it winterized and they did an amazing job. They had some issues with draining all of my pumps so it probably took 3 hours to finish. The bill was around 120.00. I couldn't believe that price, just incredible. I went there again this week to have my furnace and air conditioners looked at, the tech come out, spent an hour with me showing me how to work it and didn't charge me anything. This company is amazing. I will always come back to them.

I'm giving 4 stars to Ozzy for his service looking for the right car for me...could pick up on the agreed day and time... Unfortunately, the first hot day comes ( 6 weeks later) , messaged and didn't get a answer, so stopped in and there looked into it for free ( I appreciate very much ), but here is where everything stopped. Maintenance desk didn't gave me a quote, even i stopped by and reminded the front desk and messaged my sales person but still 3 weeks later NO answer, nor a repair quote. I know it's a used car and I pay for the repair, but not if I don't get a quote first! Sorry, Maintenance only earns 2 stars.
