The Service department attempted to charge me $700 to replace the battery, which ended up just being a loose connection. Completely incompetent.

Misfiring Camaro

Jeff in service was able to assist right away. It was Monday the Camaro was misfiring and engine light on. Jeff said they would review the codes and fix the problem. I asked if the car could be fixed by Friday I would be happy. One of the lifters failed and wore the lobe off the camshaft. It was all replaced under warranty and was ready for Friday. This exceeded my expectations.
