My purchasing experience was as I had expected and had avoided for 2 years. The sales rep did his job with respect, friendly approach and thoroughness. However, the procedures that he was required to follow are wrapped in secret dealings and give the buyer an uncomfortable feeling of being taken. The pressure exerted by the financial officer for the purchase of an extended warranty was not welcomed. I realize that a business must operate to maintain a profit margin for the comfort of all employees. I do believe that the buying procedure could be more customer friendly. At the very least, the customer should have the option of taking with them the pricing proposal sheet for a few hours or overnight consideration What did I do for 2 years? I shopped on line, looking for a private deal that would allow me to avoid the hierarchy of negotiations that exists within car dealerships.

Our experience with Toyota has always been excellent from sales with Dennis Foley to follow up maintenance with the service dept. Dennis and other staff are all very knowledgeable of their products and go out of their way to provide courteous, top notch service. I will always consider future purchases through Dennis at O'Regan's Toyota on Kempt Rd.
