I went in with a need for a vehicle I could trust from a company I could trust.

I had been a long term Toyota customer, then in 2011 went to another make, after much research; 3 years later I had lost faith, and went in to Toyota to have my faith restored in service and reliability, at a fair price and meeting my needs. Darrin seem to understand what I - and my family - needed. My experience, with his support, restored my faith in Toyota. So far so good!

I am very happy with my Toyota Rav 4. It has been very reliable and I have had very good service any time I have come in for service.

I started out with the intention of buying a new car. Murray was very thorough in pointing out the safety features built into the Corolla. Even before he let me take the wheel in the test drive, he was still explaining many things about the car. Halfway through the visit, I asked him to explain how leasing works. Again Murray walked me through the leasing procedure beforer he took me to your finance guy. I honestly forget his name. He picked up from where Murray left off, in taking me to the end of the leasing procedure. In conclusion, I was treated with respect as a customer, and had everything fully explained about my car and leasing. In the end, I drove away with a real quality automobile. That's what you expect from a Toyota. Rock solid dependability, and obvious quality workmanship

I enjoy dealing with Dennis as he makes me feel like a preferred customer and knows what I like in a vehicle. He goes up and beyond as to help with deciding which vehicle to choose. I also like the service department as they try to get you in sooner than later and for me that makes a big difference when choosing a vehicle.

Ryan was the first car sales person who actually made me feel he was working for me. He was great to deal with, and did not try to "force" a car sale on me. The only thing I was unhappy about was when I was asked to give a credit card to show I was interested in buying the car, which would give me a better deal. This tactic made me consider leaving the dealership. Thanks, Brent.

This was our second vehicle purchase from Steve and we sat down to let him know what we wanted. Along with the type of vehicle requirements we also had budget concerns with this purchase. Steve worked hard to match us with a new car that met all our concerns.

I had my 2012 Rav 4 in for an oil change and a service check, the first appointment with the car since we bought it in February. The service was prompt and I enjoyed the waiting area set up for customers.
