I used to put car buying just slightly behind a trip to the dentist but Brantford Honda has changed my opinion not once, but twice! Three and a half years ago I leased a 2010 CRV. I chose it mostly because my rather large Labradoodle would fit in the back. There was an issue with my trade in that was quickly and efficiently dealt with and I soon drove away with a wonderful vehicle that has served me well. I have since moved my business (Craft Your Choices, Career Counselling and Coaching) to Kitchener but Frannie had kept in touch. When she called me to suggest a review of my lease I was very clear I just wanted some buy out information, nothing else. I got my information and so much more... Scott McCulloch was a doll to deal with. Low key, helpful, and very, very resourceful. He answered all my questions and crafted such a compelling proposal that I did indeed transfer to a 2014. Which also fits my dog! I love it and I am telling everyone how wonderful it is to do business with Brantford Honda. Thank you to Scott and Rob Buckley for their help. Great work. Last year, Andrea helped my husband and me with the purchase of our first car together. We were so happy with the service she provided that when my 1998 CR-V broke down recently I called her to see what our options were. She was recommending a Fit as a replacement within our budget but due to a happy accident, it had been sold just before we arrived. As such, it was arranged that we would be able to afford a 2010 CR-V instead. We had always wanted a newer CR-V but never thought we would have been able to afford one. Nicole was amazing (just as Rob had been the year before) and explained everything to us once again. Further, the previous owners of the car must have had pets and children and as such, the car was quite messy. Andrea knew how particular my husband and I are and in effect, took the initiative to personally be involved in the cleaning and detailing process which really meant a lot. As we were driving home, one of the headlights, taillights and the light by the shifter all went. I contacted Andrea as well as Ben in the service department and these issues were taken care of promptly. When there were no loaner cars available, Andrea went above and beyond by lending me her car to drive so I could get to and from work while my car was being serviced. After returning home on the second day, I noticed a chip which was beginning to crack in the centre of the windshield which was only visible while in a certain position in the sunlight. Again I contacted Trevor in service and this issue was also taken care of the next day. Now, we are very happy with the car. My family have been clients of the dealership since the mid 1990’s and even though I live in Hamilton, I continue to make the drive to Brantford because the service is worth it.

Dear Brantford Honda All too often those of us in this business receive emails, phone calls etc. from clients who are displeased with the way a transaction has taken place, whether in sales or service. This is not one of those contacts. I wanted to point out to you, although I trust you already know, the quality of people that you have working for you, namely Brandon Bocchini, Michael Anderson and last but not least, Steve Jeles. You see I purchased a 2003 Accord Coupe from Brandon three (3) weeks ago. Brandon and I have know each other for a very long time, and he being a detail oriented client of ours, I trusted that he would not sell me a car that would be a potential problem. He came through with flying colors. I did have an issue that I brought to his attention that had to be repaired by your service department. Upon arrival at your dealership, the dash cluster readout failed and I was left with little to no function of the dash and HVAC systems. Steve Jeles stepped in, looked at it, supplied me with a 2012 Civic to drive as it was Saturday, and through cooperation of your service and used car department manager, Mike Anderson, repaired/replaced the failed unit at no cost to me. I was contacted when the car was ready and happily returned your loaner vehicle immediately. To date the car has proven to be a pleasure to drive and I wanted to thank you and your excellent staff for the treatment that I received. I have spoken to my neighbors and friends about how I was treated, and will willingly recommend your dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease one of your vehicles.
