If going to a dealership and talking to a salesman is intimidating as all hell for you (like it was for me), then I highly recommend SMP. I cannot say enough good things about my first time experience with them. Steve (properly known as Stevie J) is the most kind, genuine, and down-to-earth person. He recognized how anxious I was coming in and walked me through every step - laying out all of my options and being patient with me along the way. I also had the pleasure of meeting Tom, who was very welcoming and professional. He even checked up on me throughout the day to make sure I was completely happy with my experience. Last, but certainly not least, I also had to joy of meeting Dean. He was so easy going and funny, all while properly educating me on all of my options. They have a family atmosphere and it shows among all of their staff. At no point did I feel pressured or “pitched” and I would 100% recommend their services. Happy to be a part of the Chev fam - thanks again for everything!

This was my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from SMP and went smooth just like the first time. Jayden was a massive help! He was very friendly and knowledgeable! It made me feel very comfortable while making a big purchase. Every question i had while i was there or at home, he answered quickly and without hesitation. I can still give him a text if I'm having any concerns, and he helps me out! 5/5 great service! Thanks a lot, Jayden! Also, shout out to Casey, too!

When I went to SMP it was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer and did not know what to expect. Phil was a massive help! He was very friendly and knowledgeable! If you need a car...or cookies...see Phillip Li!! He was super helpful and communication was awesome. He got back to us with updates so quickly. We like the way he does business - he treats you like a friend. They didn’t undercut us on the trade in and everything was absolutely no hassle, and no pressure. We were so excited to get driving the new car, we forgot the vehicle’s registration at the dealership. Phillip drove a hour the next day to get it to us!
