Car had hidden damage. When I got home I text salesman I had a long 8 hr drive and close to Saskatoon I (and others) had to drive through a bunch of deer debris that a car previuosly hit that was in ditch and RCMP were tending too. Other than that a good drive. Some days later when detailing car for inspection, I find mirror is broke. When I lift it out of place, I see it is an old break and had a body shop confirm it with pictures and physically as well. But Winnipeg Honda is now using my texting conversation with salesman as if I hit the deer and that is how my mirror broke. I have never had a “supposed” professional dealership treat me this way at all. Pawning off their hidden lease back damage that they never found, back onto customers. Pathetic

Dustin Davie was very helpful from the moment I entered the doors to the second I left. He is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. It was the second vehicle I got through him and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Highly recommend Dustin to all my friends and family

Very confusing process as I was dealing with so many people for one team who did not know what they were talking about. Very unprofessional. He went on vacation without telling me and left me hanging for a week. Could have notified me prior to going on vacation. He expected me to sign the deal without going through the details. The middleman didn’t even know what the deal was. Full of scams with the vehicle I wanted to trade in with them that I purchased from there 3 weeks prior. Did not listen to what I wanted and tried slipping in the warranty when I said I didn’t want it. I ended up going with a different sales person at a different location and so happy with that experience. Never going back to Crown Honda Waverley ever again.

The service was very quick, professional and all questions answered. Staff took the time to help me out with reprogramming my car after battery was dead.

Waited around 2 hours for an oil change, we were second in line for the quick service (which is first come first serve). Nice waiting room with Wifi, coffee and popcorn. No complaints otherwise.
