I have been trying to book an oil change but your staff (2 tries) are too busy with your tire promotion to get me in. I understand but you really should anticipate that oil changes are routine business and not a major item for your customers. There are lots of other places that just do oil changes and they will get my business in this case. No complaints about your staff either they are polite and courteous you just need a fast lube service. Your success is hurting your business.

My service need was for an intermittent problem with the vehicle not responding when trying to accelerate on the 401. Joe Pozderec was very attentive and listened to the problem and the initial process of getting the car looked at with the focus it needed was great. The mechanic identified a faulty water pump and my car was repaired and returned but unfortunately broke down the day after picking the car up due to overheating and it needed to be taken back in . Frustrating, the mechanic had either not tightened the gaskets doing the repair and or he had faulty gaskets causing it to leak engine coolant and overheating. Your dealership did without hesitation look at the car again and repaired it at no charge. It is great to see the dealer fully stand behind the service work that it does. Being able to work with Joe Pozderec, the Service Consultant was great because he followed it through from the start through the bad times and then finally to the right repair. Thanks Joe the car is working great again!

John Turner is a stupendous service advisor. There is nothing more that I could ask for when being treated in a dealership. He is very courteous, respectful and timely when it comes to work on my cars. It is so hard to describe how great he is.

If I experience any issues one phone call to Dave and he looks after everything for me. on the whole the vehicle is brought in promptly and dealt with in a timely manner.

My service was excellent as usual with Dave. I had no problem getting my vehicle serviced, Getting a ride home until the vehicle was ready, and being picked up again at home to return to OMS to get my vehicle. I can always count on Dave to inform me of any abnormality with my vehicle, and for him to suggest whatever remedial action is required I have been dealing with Dave for over 10 years now, and I am absolurely satisfied with his professional treatment and service.
