Car broke down but I managed to get it to SMP. SMP told me the part would take a few days to get here. Since I lived outside Saskatoon SMP provided me with a rental car all paid for. When I came back to pick the car up I asked if i could be slipped in for an oil change and said yes. A little later when the car was fixed and ready to go I realized they forgot the oIl change and brought it up. Mistakes happen but the way a business deals with a mistake tells one alot about that business. My car went in for an oil change and was out within 30 mins. When I went to pay for the Oil change they said, Merry Xmas! This is one business that cares about their customers. They are also a very busy business have some patience with them.

SMP has the best customer service. I worked with Sahib, Riun, and Stan while buying my new vehicle and they were all very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I always have a good experience when I’m dealing with SMP!

As of right now, I have had a great experience with SMP. Phill went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience based on my previous experience with a different dealership. I got what I was looking for. It took some time as I did a lot of research and am also from out of town. Phil was always checking in, but not pushy or overbearing. He stayed late on Friday as I was coming into town just after they closed. We settled on Saturday and I got my new vehicle. Thanks Phil. It’s only been a day, but hopefully the great service will continue.
