Service people are courteous however the issue I was having has not been resolved. It is taking numerous time for the car to start.

Oil change waiting time was short and was in and out in no time. Staff was excellent and very polite. They tell you everything that was done on the car

I experienced a flat tire for the first time in my life with my 4 week old Honda Civic (which I love). I called Palladino and explained my situation and they gave me the number for road side assistance from Honda and were going to wait for my arrival. The person on the other end of the phone with roadside assistance was very sympathetic and understanding and the tow truck was there within 25 minutes. Once I got to Palladino, the person who took care of me at the service desk was not so sympathetic and understanding telling me that they may not be able to have my car done by "tonight". I work 2 km away from the dealer but live 100 kms away and needed to get home. I was also guaranteed a loaner if I ever needed one, but there were none available so I was worried I would not get home. It did work it out with me getting a new tire and getting home in my own car that night, but I am still worried that next time something happens, I may not get what was promised at purchase. The sales rep, Chase, who took care of me is always very kind and answers questions whenever I have one.

Always kept informed of repairs being made or repairs that should be made then and there or that should be done in the near future. Unfortunately I experienced problems with the tires that had just been rotated. They caused much vibrations. I needed to stop in Sturgeon to have the front tires replaced. Rotation on Thur. problems on Sat. At the beginning of my trip. Should have been advised on wear and tear.

Service was good, they were running a little behind. I waited. Door panel piece was repaired. Since then it has fallen off.
