Customer service was at it's best. Rob took me for a test drive in my Honda Civic ex. I saw the car on a Tuesday and the following day I decided to buy it. By Friday September 29th I was driving my car off the lot. The Honda team is very efficient and I appreciated that.

My only complaint is the wait time! Something as small as an oil change takes 2 hours which makes it very unlikely that I will stay any longer for any extra needed maintenance they might have found on my car that day! I like my civic, and the people are friendly but I avoid going in

Rob was great to deal with. Rob provided knowledgeable information in great detail and spent a lot of time with us in making sure we were happy with the vehicle and that it was the right vehicle for us. Rob also has followed up after purchase ensuring we adjusted to the new vehicle and to ensure there were no problems and continues to be available to us.

They are always willing to help. They will try to accomodate you if something is urgent with your vehicle. I deal with Kara at the service desk and she is always on top of everything; keeps me up to date with what the car needs on a timely manner, she is professional and friendly, and always has a big smile! I recommend their service.

The Honda dealership told me they can't update my GPS on my van and it's only 9 months old not happy about that. Honda Canada tell me I have to pay for update on my GPS $179.99
