Our sales rep, Jeff Brouse was fantastic. I would rate him quite high. Our experience was less than ideal as it took multiple weeks and delays for us to receive our vehicle when initially it was stated that it was not going to be a problem at all. We purchased the vehicle on the 9th and did not receive the vehicle until the 23rd. It was a complete and utter debacle to get the vehicle, and our brand new vehicle had 700km on it. Originally they had indicated that there were vehicles in stock, after our purchase it was revealed that there was no stock and they would need to find a vehicle. After numerous delays and promises of when a vehicle would be delivered, the vehicle we received had more km on it than originally stated. On top of that they were not going to release the car to us that week as more "delays" were going to occur. After several weeks of delays, we did not have much confidence on delivery. Jeff managed to get the car to us on Friday instead of delaying it further for another week. Once we received the car, the rear passenger window did not work either so we had to bring it in for repairs. One of Honda's fundamental beliefs is respect for people. There was not much joy in this at all. We had expected some better customer service than we received through this whole ordeal. We were ready to pull the plug on the purchase if we did not receive it 2 weeks after purchase and if we had to wait another week. If we were told upfront that there was 0 inventory and delays were going to happen, it would have put things in a different perspective, but to have the vehicle arrive after transportation and still not be able to get the vehicle for arbitrary reasons left us feeling that we were not important. A lot of this was outside of Jeff's control so we do not fault him at all for the process and he did the best he could throughout the process. With receiving a brand new vehicle and something did not work as simple as the window, it left a bad feeling and we considered returning the vehicle as we have not had a good experience at all. We decided to keep the vehicle, but this whole experience so far has not been that pleasant. This is probably an exception and not the norm for most people buying a vehicle, but I am willing to pay more for exceptional service for when things go wrong and how are we treated, instead of when things are all smooth. Regular oil change and replace fog light lens. We had the wheel alinement checked for free. Made appointment to have winter tires put on and have wheel alinement done on your special promotion.

They noticed that my blower motor was making noise and they called me to notify me. They checked if it was under warranty, and it was. They scheduled an appointment and got it replaced.
