terrible experience and will never be bringing my vehicle back. made an appt for 10am to have my summer tires taken off and winters put on, was told that my car would be ready by lunch because i worked at 4pm. i received a call at 345 that my vehicle was ready for pickup. upon picking up my vehicle, the back window zipper of my jeep was jammed together and is now not sitting properly. save yourself time and money and go someplace else.

Had a great experience with OMS and especially Brian and Christy. Brian was extremely professional and personable both times I’ve gotten a lease from there. Every time someone mentions wanting to get into a GM vehicle, I always tell them to go see Brian and the team from OMS.
