Made a purchase with Connor Creer back in 2022 and was satisfied with the experience. Even with long wait times (months) due to supply chain issues/whatever Connor would call with updates even if there were no updates which to me shows he has the customer in mind.

My first experience with Chevrolet was after attending the Toronto Auto Show and wanting to test drive the 2021 Cadillac Escalade. I contacted dealerships in the Durham area and didn’t receive a warm reception. I was not impressed by this and was ready to bring my business elsewhere. Luckily I came across sales person Connor Creer from Nurse Chev. There was no judgment and despite the vehicle not being in production at the time, he invited me in to discuss options if purchasing was the next step. Connor was apologetic that my initial experience with Chevrolet was below acceptable. He made it clear that he will keep me informed along the way and provided me with his contact information for questions or updates. Since my initial interaction with Connor I am glad to say that I have purchased the 2021, 2022, and 2023 Cadillac Escalade from Connor at Nurse Chev and look forward to continuing this trend as the vehicle continues to provide excellent options. I highly recommend Nurse Chevrolet. They have a great sales team, engaging management, and a shuttle service with drivers who make the ride home enjoyable and safe. Thank you Connor for living up to your word.

Excellent experience purchasing my Cadillac CT4V through Connor. Connor C. has been the best agent I’ve worked with. He helped me getting my brand new car in 2021 and then he was able to help me trade it in for a new electric one in 2022. He’s knowledgeable, has a great sense of what the brands he works with offer, his amazing customer service skills are a great asset and he helps you working through options that benefit the customer while keeping the business running. I purchased a new Cadillac XT4 in October of 2022 and Connor Creer was my sales agent and was excellent from start to finish. He has also gone out of his way to follow up a few times since the purchase to make sure everything meets my expectations. The whole staff at Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac have been great so far! Would highly recommend you ask for Connor if your in the market!

Not impressed with the service department. I booked an appointment and after 1.5 hours, my car was still sitting outside. The service manager needs to re-evaluate how he is running this shop. I will never bring my car back here again.
