My Sales Guy made the appointment for me and had communicated to the service department that I was getting winter tires installed on the car and at the same time to look at a couple of minor things. First, the Service Rep had incorrect information on the account (NBD). Then the Service Rep said I had to pay for the install even though I explained that the tires and installation came with the purchase of the vehicle. The Service Rep had to get assistance from another colleague to see if my statement was accurate. On top of that they wanted to charge me for their time if they couldn't find a fault with the vehicle. The main issue was that I couldn't replicate the issue with smart key not recognizing that its in the car every time. With spending so much money on the car...they are "nickel & diming". Anyways, what should have taken 15 minutes to check in and drop off my vehicle took over an hour & a bit just to get in the shop. At least I had a loaner for the day. I hope I don't get the run around and or trying to make me pay for things that should be included under warranty and Audi Care.

Scheduled a 85,000km maintenance for my Audi, plus installation of my Winter Tires & rims. Also got an Oil Leak Diagnostic done. Everything was done correctly, the Service Advisor kept me in the loop. The technician even took the time out of his day to explain his findings for the diagnostic. Everything went fine & my car is now in tip top condition. The only thing that was of concern & a true disappointment was that they did not have the Parts for the After Run Coolant Pump Recall that my vehicle needs done. That is the most important issue I brought it for. I don’t understand why the parts needed for a Recall aren’t available. I did speak to someone at Parts & they told me they would call me when the parts arrive. It does suck that I have to come back for a issue that should’ve been fixed on my first appointment. I made the appointment a week prior with the appointment co-ordinator. They could’ve given me the heads up about this part not being readily available. Overall not a bad experience.
