Leased a new truck for work with the team at SMP. The service has been 100% top notch. The original sales rep I was dealing with left before the lease was complete, Ben stepped in and made the process seamless. Everyone from sales and finance have been incredible to work with. Highly recommend the team at SMP!

I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my totalled car and short on time to search. Phil and Tom were both great to work with, and definitely worked hard to find something that fit my specific list of must haves in a vehicle while respecting my budget. I was very particular in what I wanted and didn't want, which made it difficult in my short timeframe, especially when I didn't want to compromise on colour. The team managed it, and I couldn't be happier with my new Equinox. Phil went above and beyond, and Tom got me the best deal in the city. Jeff in sales was also great at stepping in and getting us on the road on Phil's day off. Overall, a great team and a very happy customer over here. The muffins and coffee while waiting was a bonus. In summary: go see Phil and the team if you are looking for a vehicle. I absolutely love my orange Equinox! Thanks guys!

Went in today to SMP to kick tires and check out trucks. Salesman Robert Stefanyshyn was so helpful, honest and fun that my boyfriend would up buying today. Thank you Robert and all staff for a refreshingly good experience at a car dealership

Me and my partner have purchased three vehicles between the both of us from SMP, but sadly never again. I was sold a car way over my price range and promised it filled my entire check list but silly me after taking it home a week later, my partner inspected it and he realized it didn’t have any of the things I wanted like cruise control or command start. When I called SMP the only response I received was if I didn’t like it then I should just upgrade to a 2018 model for $10k more.... really disappointed I feel taken advantage of. *Follow up, no resolution to my problem. We will no longer be a client of Chevrolet.
