Cecil was helpful and prompt, acted with integrity, was respectful, all the while being fun to deal with! I was impressed with the record keeping of his past sales and his knowledge of GM products in general, or his willingness to find out information about them.

I was carefully listened to by Mr. Dion and never felt pressured. Mr. Dion spent many hours with me and went over all aspects of the car as well as the financing. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and needed. We test drove the car and all the features and options of the car were explained to me in detail and shown to me in the car. (eg Onstar, seat positions, trunk, electronics, wifi, etc). I was introduced to the staff members and managers at OMS and to the person who would be involved in servicing my car. A very friendly, warm bunch at Ontario Motor Sales.

We came in looking for a new truck but it just didn't fit our budget then we saw a used equinox and called him about it. After we talked he asked if we had though about an SVU and he showed us a Trax and found us one that was in our price range. Then helped us get the financing, when we thought it was not possible. He went above and beyond what we thought he could do for us and it was greatly appreciated.
