The service people and the service performed were both excellent. There seems to be a pattern though that every time my car requires work under warranty, Palladino Honda in Sudbury never has the parts. It always requires that I return for a second appointment. This is inconvenient and seems odd at a dealership as large as this one.

I got an oil change and winter mats for my car. The mats I felt were a little expensive and I thought they could have thrown them in with the car.

my appointment was for 9 am and when i got there was told it would be another hour or hour and half before the car was going to be looked at. I understand if I was a walk in but appointments are made so people dont waste their time.
