Oil Change and noise problem

The oil change was done in a timely fashion. Despite not having made an appointment for the brake noise problem the service department took the time to check it out for me. I was advised how long I should expect to wait and the time frame given to me was accurate.

Not doing the check properly

Got a regular oil change done, also all of the check points go with it.when the technician reinstalls the new oil filter in place At about two inches away VERY NOTICEABLE A VERY IMPORTANT BOLT AND SPRING MISSING ON THE EXHAUST COUPLER.Now I have my dough How honest this check is done.
