Saved me extra trips to service dept

I had a flat tire and was towed to dealer. The service person noticed that I had my snow tires on and called and asked me if I wanted to change them over while my car was in service for the tire. That call was great and saved me an extra trip later to change over the tires. Would like to apply for another rewards card as I do not have mine. thanks!

I had my brakes done and they found my parking brake also needed repair. I was called to okay the work. I like to keep my vehicle in top shape so I was happy that all repairs have been made.

Our interaction at Kia Thunder Bay with our Sorrento has always been exemplatory. Our questions and concerns are always answered with clarify and swiftness. In particular, Bob Lance has always been accomodating and assuring. He treats the servicing of our car as if it is his own!

We have always had excellent service, whether we are buying tires, or having the car serviced. When we had trouble starting the car we were looked after right away. We find everyone very friendly and they go out of their way to help us.

Appointment time not honoured

We had a scheduled appointment for 9:00am, which we had to travel from Atikokanfor. Dropped off our vehicle , went for breakfast and was told our vehicle would be ready in an hour. When we returned at around 11:00 am to pick up our vehicle it had not even been serviced yet.Pretty poor service from a customer who had to travel 2 hours and spend a night for service.

Tires taken from storage. Transferred summer tires onto vehicle and winters in storage. An oil change was done. We got the car new and had weather guard mats installed late in the year. Pin which holds mats in place was not quite right. Fixed it perfectly. Car wash was much better than I thought. Interior was cleaned very well. Great job overall

Routine service done right!

Had my oil change service and winter tires removed for summer storage. Used the courtesy driver service to return home rather than wait. No wait at all for a ride. Service staff were friendly as always. Vehicle was ready on time and I am good to go for another four months. I have been with Kia for 11 years, this being my second Kia vehicle. Just hit my first year with my new one, and I am super happy with my Sportage. I have no reason to ever go elsewhere for service...I love Kia !!
